Director Kyc Last Date 15 October 2022
As per MCA, any person who has been allotted DIN/DPIN on or before 31 March 2022 needs to
file DIR 3 KYC on or before 15 October 2022.
Problems of not filing
If the DIN/DPIN holder does not file the KYC within the current year’s extended due date (15 October), then your DIN/DPIN shall be
marked as ‘Deactivated due to non-filing of DIR-3 KYC’, and you will have to pay Rs. 5,000 as a late filing fee to activate the DIN.
DIN Deactivated due to non-filing of DIR-3 KYC
When your DIN/DPIN is marked as Deactivated due to non-filing of DIR-3KYC, you will not be able
to continue as a director and also not be able to sign the MCA records, a few of which include the annual returns statement
of the company, annual reports, directors’ statements on the returns statement, and others.
Causes:
File DIR-3 eKYC before 15 October 2022 without a late filing fee.
File DIR-3 KYC after 15 October 2022 by paying Rs. 5,000 as a late filing fee
File DIR-3 KYC at Rs. 1000
