Welcome to teamIndia.co.in. This website is owned and operated by Team IN Filings. By accessing our resources, tools, and professional services, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Responsible Use & Data Integrity
To provide accurate CA, CS, and Legal services, we rely on the information you provide. You agree that:
- All documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Statements, etc.) provided are authentic and unaltered.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for our client portals.
- Any suo-moto errors caused by the provision of incorrect data by the user are the sole liability of the user.
2. Limitation of Warranties
Our resources are provided “as is.” Team IN Filings does not warrant that:
- The Government portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax) will be functional or error-free at the time of filing.
- The outcome of a legal or tax procedure (e.g., Trademark approval) is guaranteed, as these are subject to Government discretion.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on teamIndia.co.in, including text, logos, custom code, and infographics, is the property of Team IN Filings. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or “scraping” of our resources for commercial use is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under the Copyright Act.
4. Limitation of Liability
In accordance with applicable laws, the total liability of Team IN Filings for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the actual professional fee paid by the user for that specific service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtimes, changes in tax laws, or delays in Government processing.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any action to enforce these terms or disputes arising from the use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our resources without notice for any breach of this User Agreement, including fraudulent activity or the provision of falsified documents.
