Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Professional Commitment

At Team IN Filings, we strive to provide the highest quality of CA, CS, and Legal services. We guarantee our commitment to your project. If you are not satisfied with the progress of your engagement, we encourage you to contact us at support@teamindia.co.in. Our senior management will respond within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, provide credit, or initiate a refund as per the terms below.

2. Earned Fee vs. Refundable Amount

When you pay an advance fee to Team IN Filings, the amount is held in a client account. We “earn” this fee as we hit specific milestones in your project.

Note: Government Fees (GST, Stamp Duty, ROC filing fees) and Third-Party costs (DSC tokens, Courier) are 100% non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities.

3. Procedure for Refund Request

• Timeline: All refund requests must be initiated via email within 7 days of purchase.
• Credit Policy: Requests made after 7 days will only be eligible for “Service Credit,” which can be used for any other filing service within 1 month.
• Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 4 to 5 weeks after receiving necessary bank details and supporting documents.

4. Factors Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

Team IN Filings shall not be liable for delays or rejections caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Government Platform Issues: Downtime or glitches on MCA, GSTN, or Income Tax portals.
• Government Decision: Rejection of a Trademark, Company name, or License by a Government Officer based on their legal discretion.
• Force Majeure: Acts of God, epidemics, war, or changes in law.

Delay in Government processing is not a valid ground for a refund.

5. Change of Service

If you wish to switch from one service to another (e.g., from Private Ltd to LLP), you may do so within 60 days. The original payment, less the “Earned Fee” and Government expenses, will be adjusted toward the new service.

6. Liability & Jurisdiction

Under any circumstance, the total liability of Team IN Filings is limited to the professional fee actually paid by the client to us. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
